Responsibilities
- Answer calls on a multi-line system
- Redirect calls to appropriate contacts
- Data entry
- Processing driver paperwork
- Assisting dispatchers
- Other duties as requested by management
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
- Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
- Dependable and well-organized
- Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
- Basic knowledge or Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products
- Preferred 2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast pace environment
