Pay
Starting hourly rate: $18.50 USD per hour.
About the role
Target offers seasonal specialty sales roles that focus on tailored suggestions, visual merchandising, guest experience, and efficient product handling. Seasonal positions include Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
- Engage guests with active selling and compelling visual‑merchandising presentations.
- Accurately handle cash register operations.
- Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
- Maintain product sets, keep items in‑stock, accurately priced, and properly signed on the sales floor.
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Support daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.
