About the Role

Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles at Target involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, delivering guest service, and ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, delivering service that inspires “I LOVE TARGET!”
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds and climbing ladders.
• Maintain product presentation, stock, pricing, and signage.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail.

• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $18.25 USD per hour.
