About the role

Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles at Target involve providing tailored suggestions, active selling, and visual merchandising to inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement focuses on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales ensures products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. These positions offer training and opportunities to develop guest service fundamentals, retail business knowledge, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with a helpful attitude.
  • Provide tailored product suggestions and visual merchandising presentations.
  • Handle cash register operations accurately.
  • Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Climb ladders to stock and set merchandise.
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
  • Support team members and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail.

Requirements
