About the role

As a seasonal team member you will be part of a specialized sales force providing tailored suggestions and compelling visual merchandising, or an advocate of guest experience welcoming and thanking guests, or an expert ensuring products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Stock, set and sell Target products.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting or moving up to 40 pounds.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Pay attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.
