Responsibilities

• Provide guest‑focused service as a Seasonal Guest Advocate.
• Maintain product presentation, stock, pricing, and signage as a Seasonal General Merchandise Expert.
• Support order fulfillment and inventory processes as a Seasonal Fulfillment Expert.
• Deliver style guidance and visual merchandising as a Seasonal Style Consultant.
• Handle inbound merchandise and stock replenishment as a Seasonal Inbound Expert.
• Assist customers in the food & beverage area as a Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert.
• Support technology initiatives and guest interactions as a Seasonal Tech Consultant.
• Accurately operate cash registers and handle transactions.
• Climb ladders, scan items, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
• Engage guests, answer questions promptly, and resolve issues on the spot.
• Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail to ensure a consistent guest experience.
