About the role

Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles involve specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates focus on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

These roles give you knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Work both independently and with a team.
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
  • Pay attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
  • Accurately handle cash register operations.
  • Climb up and down ladders, scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $15.75 USD per hour.

Schedule
