About the Role

Target’s seasonal specialty sales roles are focused on providing tailored suggestions, compelling visual merchandising, and exceptional guest experiences. Positions include Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant. The work involves stocking, setting, and selling Target products, handling cash register operations, and ensuring merchandise is accurately priced and displayed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest service and resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Execute active selling and visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests.
• Stock, set, and sell merchandise, ensuring items are in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals and business priorities.

Starting hourly rate: $17.50 USD per hour.
