About the role

Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.

Seasonal Service & Engagement: advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.

Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

  • Stock, set, and sell Target products.
  • Accurately handle cash register operations.
  • Climb ladders; scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
  • Provide guest service that encourages guests to say “I LOVE TARGET!”
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
  • Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.
  • Participate in training to learn all necessary skills.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
  • Regular attendance and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
