Pay

Starting hourly rate: $18.50 USD per hour.
Pay range: $18.50 USD – $27.75 USD per hour.

Team members gain experience in guest‑first culture, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process efficiency while supporting business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, handling guest interactions and recoveries.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
• Perform duties for roles such as Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant.

• Skill in resolving guest questions quickly on the spot.
