Seasonal Specialty Sales roles at Target focus on providing tailored suggestions, active selling, and compelling visual merchandising to inspire guests and increase basket size. Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates deliver exceptional guest interactions and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Stock, set, and sell Target products on the sales floor.
• Provide personalized guest assistance and resolve questions on the spot.
• Execute visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders, scan items, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
• Support department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.
• Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Adapt to current technology needs.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
