Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates focus on guest interaction and recovery, while Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
These roles provide knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest‑first culture, and exposure to retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.

Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Capability to work both independently and with a team
- Skill in resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
- Accurate cash register operations
- Physical ability to climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds
Pay
Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) with regular attendance required.
