The Seasonal Chef Instructor at Sur La Table is responsible for teaching cooking classes to customers in a fun and engaging manner. This role requires a passion for food and a strong culinary background.
Responsibilities
- Teach cooking classes to customers in a friendly and informative way
- Ensure all recipes are prepared safely and hygienically
- Engage with customers to provide personalized recommendations and support
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of professional cooking experience
- Experience teaching cooking classes or working in a similar role
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
