Responsibilities
- Conduct student evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Monitor progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student mobility, strength, and functional skills
- Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with professional and school standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Connecticut PT license
- Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
