About the Role
PediaStaff is seeking a School Physical Therapist to join a supportive team in the Maywood, Melrose Park, and Bellwood, IL area for the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers both part-time (4 days/week) and full-time (5 days/week) options with 26–32.5 paid hours per week (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch).
Caseload includes students from Kindergarten through age 22 with autism, multiple disabilities, and cognitive disabilities. One homebound student requires in-home services. The position is split between PAEC Center (Maywood), Grant Elementary (Melrose Park), and Lincoln Elementary (Bellwood).
Requirements
- Illinois PT license
- School or pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable providing services in a student’s home
Pay
$50–$55 per hour
Schedule
- 41-week contract: 8/17/2026 – 5/27/2027
- 6-hour shifts, days
- 30 hours per week (26–32.5 paid hours, including 30-minute unpaid lunch)
