About the role

The School Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for managing the enrollment process for new families joining the school community. This role involves working closely with families to ensure smooth transitions and providing support throughout the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enrollment process for new families, including coordinating with families, teachers, and administrative staff.
• Provide ongoing support to families during the enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with other departments within the school to facilitate a seamless enrollment experience.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in education, family studies, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or educational setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
