About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a local contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school‑based assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. The position starts ASAP, lasts 16 weeks at 30 hours per week (8‑hour shifts), and is a local contract role supporting students with behavioral needs in a school setting. The contract covers the 2026‑2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Providing essential support and specialized care to students with behavioral needs (BCBA)
• Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conducting student assessments and progress monitoring to inform intervention strategies
• Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to BCBA practice
• Supporting school‑based speech therapy and educational goals as needed

Requirements

• Valid Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
• 2 years of experience in the school setting preferred but not required

$31.75 - $63.04 hourly
