Responsibilities

• Providing essential support and specialized care to students with behavioral needs (BCBA)
• Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to BCBA practice
• Conducting student assessments and contributing to the development of education plans
• Supporting classroom staff with behavioral strategies and interventions

Requirements

• Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
• 2 years of experience in the school setting preferred but not required
