- Providing essential support and specialized care to students with behavioral needs (BCBA)
- Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to BCBA practice
Requirements
- Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
- 2 years of experience in the school setting preferred but not required.
