Responsibilities
- Provide behavior analytic services tailored to students' individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Maintain organized, compliant documentation and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and district policies
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Missouri state license to practice as a BCBA
- 2+ years of experience as a BCBA (preferred but new graduates are welcome)
- 2+ years of experience in school settings
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and Missouri licensure
- Experience providing behavior analytic services, including conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with school teams
- Proficiency with school-based electronic data systems and district IEP platforms
Skills
- Experience across the full Pre-K through 12 spectrum
