Requirements

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Valid New Mexico BCBA certification

Qualifications

• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide decision-making
• Knowledge of evidence-based behavior management strategies
• Experience participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing behavioral recommendations
• Experience with crisis prevention and intervention efforts
