Responsibilities

• Providing RBT supervision across 3 school campuses.
• Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to BCBA practice.
• Supporting classroom staff with behavioral strategies and interventions.

Requirements

• Valid Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (required).
• 2 years of experience in the school setting preferred but not required.
