About the Role

PediaStaff, a division of AHS Staffing, is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in the Lakewood/Tacoma, WA area. This full-time, school-based position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and implement evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Design ABA-based programs targeting communication, adaptive, behavioral, and social-emotional skills
  • Train and supervise RBTs, paraeducators, and behavior support staff
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, families, and other members of the IEP team
  • Ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and district policies

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing ABA-based interventions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification is required for this position.

$68–$78 per hour

Full-Time, Monday–Friday, approximately 7.25 hours per day (35.5 hours per week)
