School-Based Therapist- Sign On Bonus Available

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Cook up services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Sagent staff, and school staff as needed.
• Provide consultation to parents and school staff.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Attend school meetings, IEP meetings, Student Intervention team, etc.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on a licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LP.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.
• At least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

Pay

Total earnings for this position will range from $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on compensation model selected, number of client sessions per week, licensure, experience, and average reimbursement rate. Sign On Bonus Available.
