About the role
We are currently seeking dynamic lead teachers for our Pasadena location. Candidates should have an outgoing personality and thrive in a lively environment filled with young children and families. A School-Age teacher at The Goddard School is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment. They should also be creative, flexible, communicative and fun teachers who are comfortable teaching classes.
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- 45 Hour School-Age College Course (Required)
- 45 Hour Growth and Development (Required)
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check and clean driving record within 3 years
- Valid Maryland Drivers License
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
- Early Childhood Education: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- This job requires the operation of a 14 passenger bus once per day
Schedule
- Part-Time
- 4 hour shift (2:00pm-6:00pm)
Pay
- From $16 per hour
- $500 bonus following 90-day probationary period
