About Foundations Early Learning Center

We help children reach their full potential, focusing on school readiness, socialization, literacy, problem-solving, self-esteem, and other life skills. Foundations provides premier programs for children 6 weeks to 12 years, including infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, school-age, and summer camp. Pay

Hourly pay range: $15.00–$17.00 per hour. Pay is determined by education level and years of experience, with increases for continued education, performance, and years of service.

Responsibilities

Teacher Responsibilities

• Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
• Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Document and share with families the important milestones in a child's day using our app.
• Encourage and model social behavior and expectations that are developmentally appropriate.

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to/from area elementary schools and field trips in a small bus.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment.
• Complete safety checks and drills.

Requirements

• Willingness to drive a 14-passenger bus (no CDL required).
• Clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ECD 101 preferred.
• Successful completion of state background check and health assessments.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be 21 years of age.
