We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. First, there is a line: "What You’ll Do" then bullet-like sentences. Those are responsibilities. Then "What We’re Looking For" then subheadings: Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities; Education; Experience; Credentials & Licensing; Scheduling Requirements (Please Review Carefully). Then there is a line "#CR We’re looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher..." then "Why Cadence Education?" then "About the Role" then "Why This Role is a Total Joy" then bullet list of benefits. We need to extract substantive info. We must not repeat job title as heading (the page already shows it). So we don't put a heading for "Preschool Teacher". Also do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections to include: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role (the paragraph under "About the Role"). Responsibilities: the "What You’ll Do" list. Requirements: maybe the "What We’re Looking For" includes Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities; Education; Experience; Credentials & Licensing; Scheduling Requirements. Could be considered Requirements/Qualifications. Skills: maybe the Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities. Qualifications: Education, Experience, Credentials & Licensing. Benefits: the "Awesome Benefits (Full-Time Teachers)" list. Pay: the "Hourly Pay Range $14.20 - $18.46". Also mention competitive pay + on-demand pay with UKG Wallet. Schedule: the "Scheduling Requirements (Please Review Carefully)" section. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

    About the Role

Under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, the Teacher supports daily classroom operations and the implementation of Cadence Education programs. This role helps create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs, including those with IEPs. Teachers play a key role in maintaining classroom routines, supporting curriculum delivery, and building positive relationships with children and families while ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

    Responsibilities

    • Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children are treated with dignity, respect, and care.
    • Greet children and families daily and help establish professional, welcoming relationships.
    • Assist in recognizing and responding to individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed.
    • Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
    • Communicate professionally and respectfully with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence‑approved tools and systems.
    • Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual, including documenting and reporting accidents and incidents according to policy.
    • Assist in managing, documenting, and escalating child behaviors in alignment with Cadence policies and classroom expectations.
    • Adhere to all Cadence Education policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
    • Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development, which may occur outside regularly scheduled work hours.
Now for Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We have "What We’re Looking For" with subheadings. We could combine into a single section "Requirements" with sub-sections? But spec says use

for section headings only. Could we have nested headings? Probably not; we should keep flat sections. Could we have multiple sections: Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities; Education; Experience; Credentials & Licensing; Scheduling Requirements. But those map to Skills, Qualifications, Requirements, etc. We need to decide which sections to include: Skills, Qualifications, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for Skills: Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities list. We have content for Qualifications: Education, Experience, Credentials & Licensing. We have content for Requirements: maybe the same as Qualifications? But we can treat Requirements as the same as Qualifications? Might be redundant. Better to have sections: Skills, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. And About the Role and Responsibilities already. We need to avoid duplicate content. Let's extract: Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: - Ability to consistently follow safety procedures, including Name‑to‑Face accountability, food allergy processes, bottle‑feeding procedures, and Safe Sleep practices. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team. - Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. Education: - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, but not required if state licensing requirements are met. Experience: - Must meet minimum experience and education requirements for the state of employment. - Previous experience in an early childhood or group care setting is preferred. Credentials & Licensing: - Must meet all state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center. - Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and health screenings. - CDA preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied. Scheduling Requirements: - Flexibility is essential. Schedules may change based on enrollment, staffing ratios, or operational needs. - Work schedules may vary and are not guaranteed to be eight-hour shifts. - Daily start and end times may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Now Benefits: - Competitive pay + on-demand pay with UKG Wallet—grab your earnings when you need them! - Hourly Pay Range $14.20 - $18.46 - 50% childcare tuition discount—a sweet deal for your own little ones! - 401(k) with employer match to secure your future. - Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and even pet insurance! - Paid time off that grows with seniority, paid holidays, and company-paid life insurance. - Paid CDA, tuition reimbursement, and professional development to fuel your career. - Supportive team and culture that champions work-life balance. - 340+ schools across 30 states and 30+ years of expertise (maybe not a benefit but could be included under "Why Cadence Education?" but we can include as part of About the Role? Actually it's under "Join a Leader". Might be considered a benefit? It's more about company. Could be omitted as not a benefit. But we can include as part of "Why Cadence Education?" but we are not including that section. Might be okay to omit. Pay: we have Hourly Pay Range and Competitive pay + on-demand pay. Schedule: we have Scheduling Requirements. We need to avoid duplication: Pay appears also in Benefits list (Competitive pay + on-demand pay, Hourly Pay Range). We could put Pay section with those details, and Benefits section without pay details. Thus:

    Pay

    • Competitive pay + on-demand pay with UKG Wallet—grab your earnings when you need them!
    • Hourly Pay Range $14.20 - $18.46

    Benefits

    • 50% childcare tuition discount—a sweet deal for your own little ones!
    • 401(k) with employer match to secure your future.
    • Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and even pet insurance!
    • Paid time off that grows with seniority, paid holidays, and company-paid life insurance.
    • Paid CDA, tuition reimbursement, and professional development to fuel your career.
    • Supportive team and a culture that champions work‑life balance.
    Now Skills section:

    Skills

    • Ability to consistently follow safety procedures, including Name‑to‑Face accountability, food allergy processes, bottle‑feeding procedures, and Safe Sleep practices.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
    • Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
    Qualifications section:

    Qualifications

    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, but not required if state licensing requirements are met.
    • Must meet minimum experience and education requirements for the state of employment.
    • Previous experience in an early childhood or group care setting is preferred.
    • Must meet all state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and health screenings.
    • CDA preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied.
We could also include Requirements section but maybe not needed. We have About the Role and Responsibilities already. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's assemble:
