About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients. This part-time position offers 32 hours weekly, with shifts Monday through Friday (7 AM–5 PM) and one day off per week. The role is based in the Pediatrics department in Onalaska, WI.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to create positive first and last impressions for patients.
- Partner with providers, medical professionals, and managers to support patient health journeys.
- Schedule appointments and assist patients with customer service needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities.
- Strong organization, phone etiquette, and customer service skills.
- Medical terminology and healthcare experience is a plus.
- Epic and healthcare systems experience desired.
