About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Scheduling Specialist to join our Family Medicine department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients and providing top‑level customer service that creates the best first and last impressions.
Responsibilities
- Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to patients through exceptional customer service.
- Partner with providers, medical professionals, and managers to support patient health journeys.
- Assist patients by scheduling appointments and handling related inquiries.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- At least 1 year of office experience with customer‑service responsibilities.
- Strong organization, phone etiquette, and customer‑service skills.
- Medical terminology knowledge and healthcare experience are a plus.
- Experience with Epic or other healthcare systems is desired.
Pay
Starting pay of $17.93 per hour, with additional compensation for experience.

Schedule
32 hours per week (0.8 FTE). Shift: Monday‑Friday, between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
