Job Specifics

  • 0.9 FTE (72 hours bi-weekly)
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, hours between 7:30am-4:30pm
  • Location: On-site in Onalaska, WI
  • Department: Primary Care (Scheduling for RN Medicare Annual Wellness (MAW) and vaccine clinic appointments)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to details
  • Scheduling/coordinating background and medical terminology is a bonus!
