Responsibilities Schedules and confirms departmental procedures in collaboration with appropriate personnel, ensuring alignment with the current hospital physician privilege list Reviews and verifies procedure schedules on a daily and ongoing basis to ensure accuracy Coordinates the availability of shared equipment with patient care and service areas during the scheduling process Effectively manages a high volume of incoming calls and scheduling activity Demonstrates strong communication skills when interacting with staff, providers, and departments Maintains the ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced, and high-stress environment INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
