Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and support high-quality home care services
- Manage the coordination of client services and address emergent scheduling needs
- Oversee and grow your Client Services Manager caseload proactively
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with your office team
- Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring performance metrics
- Partner with Clinical Managers to support and help supervise field employees
Qualifications
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- A demonstrated record of taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals
- A strong desire to grow and advance beyond the current role
- Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred, but not required
