About the role

The Client Services Manager / Scheduling Coordinator will manage client services, address emergent scheduling issues, and proactively grow their caseload while fostering strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations. This role partners with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees and ensures effective fiscal management of the caseload through metric monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
• Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; candidates with an Associate degree and relevant experience will also be considered
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience a plus
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Base salary of $50,000 - $55,000, with the potential to earn more through incentives.
