Role & Responsibilities Coordinate and manage installation and service appointment schedules for multiple field technicians across assigned regions.Communicate clearly with clients to confirm appointments, provide reminders, and adjust schedules as needed due to weather, delays, or emergencies.Partner with project managers and dispatchers to optimize technician routing and ensure maximum daily efficiency.Maintain accurate scheduling records in our CRM and internal systems, ensuring real-time updates for all stakeholders.Handle last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests with professionalism and speed to minimize downtime.Provide frontline customer support by answering scheduling-related inquiries via phone and email with a service-first mindset.
