Scheduling Assistant

As a Scheduling Assistant at 360 Behavioral Health, you’ll play a key role in maximizing client service delivery while supporting our administrative and clinical teams. Use your scheduling experience to manage staff and client schedules, optimize service utilization, and help the office run efficiently. Pay
$20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
- 1 Saturday per month as needed

Responsibilities
- Maintain service utilization above 90% and track permanent schedules for assigned clients
- Monitor client service hours, staff availability, and address cancellations promptly
- Coordinate make-up sessions, reschedules, and additional service time as needed
- Maintain staffing logs and support recruiting efforts, including interviews and onboarding
- Track new hire training and coordinate Day 1 schedules
- Triage staff and client concerns and provide timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, and scheduling regulations
- Support administrative and scheduling department operations, including audits and reporting
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Minimum 6 months scheduling experience
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a high-paced, performance-based environment
