Responsibilities
- Ensuring residents have enough staff in the facility at all times to care for their needs (as Scheduler)
- Providing general supervision of CNA’s
- Conducting performance evaluations
- Providing education to CNA’s as needed
- Performing Activities of Daily Living
- Observing changes in condition
- Ensuring a safe environment
- Maintaining education
- Scheduling employees to meet resident’s needs
- Maintaining a master schedule
- Securing coverage for open shifts when needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified nurse aide in the state of Illinois in good standing
- Two (2) years of relevant experience (preferable; willing to invest in the right candidate)
