Scale House Operator

What You'll Do

• Traffic Management: Central coordinator for all truck traffic.
• Data & Logistics Gatekeeper: Precisely key in all incoming load data for recycling materials.
• Operational Oversight: Utilize camera systems to monitor dock availability and communicate with the yard.
• Team Communication: Act as the radio contact point for the Reject Yard and maintain open communication.
• Scale House Stewardship: Maintain an organized and fully stocked scale house environment.

Qualifications For Success

• Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience with 10-Key data entry is a definite plus.
• Sharp Thinking: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• Math Aptitude: Strong numerical reasoning, including calculating percentages, proportions, and volume.
• Communication Power: Excellent verbal and written English language skills.

Education & Experience

A post-secondary degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Technical School certification) is preferred, but equivalent experience and a proven track record of success in logistics, data entry, or a similar high-volume coordination role are valued.

Pay

The base salary is $37,668.00, with an annual earnings potential of $51,794.00, including built-in overtime and a monthly incentive.

Schedule

This is a 4-shift rotational schedule covering our 24/7 operation, including 12-hour shifts.
