About the role
The full-time studio manager will oversee two Perspire studios in Williamsburg (Brooklyn) and Flatiron (Manhattan), working 5 days a week, with flexibility to be off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Responsibilities
- Leading a high-performing team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals
- Providing continuous feedback to the team as a hands-on role model
- Working with guests, including during all hours of operation
- Minding the details to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure processes and policies are followed
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals
- A strong sense of urgency balanced with the desire to inspire people
- Open availability and ability to be reachable throughout the day
- A history of excellence, showing a commitment to never settling for “just OK”
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role or relevant industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Schedule
