SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Lead - Remote or Alpharetta, GA based

For a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space, we are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Lead to join their team. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture across SAP SuccessFactors and related systems
• Build and deploy complex SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
• Support payroll integrations and enterprise systems
• Evaluate and deploy AI capabilities in HR processes
• Proactively identify innovations to enhance employee experience
• Govern compliance and security standards across the SuccessFactors ecosystem
• Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in functional-technical delivery
• Deep expertise with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Payroll and related integrations
• Proven experience designing end-to-end SuccessFactors architectures
• Integration expertise with SAP BTP and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in HR

Pay

$135,000 – $155,000 annually
