SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant Duration: 6+ month Contract Location: Remote with Travel Summary Seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to support payroll design, configuration, and implementation. This role focuses on ECP implementations and payroll migrations from SAP HCM, with strong involvement in testing, integrations, and go-live support. Top 4 Highlights Hands-on SAP ECP configuration (schemas, PCRs, wage types)Experience with payroll migrations (SAP or non-SAP → ECP)Strong payroll testing (parallel, UAT, reconciliation)Integration exposure (EC, finance, third-party systems) Key Responsibilities Design/configure payroll (schemas, PCRs, wage types, PCC)Support full lifecycle implementations (Design → Hypercare)Lead/support payroll data migration and validationSupport integrations (EC ↔ ECP, third-party systems)Lead testing cycles (unit, integration, parallel, UAT)Troubleshoot payroll issues and support production Requirements 5+ years SAP Payroll (ECC and/or ECP)Strong SuccessFactors ECP implementation experienceHands-on schemas, PCRs, wage typesExperience with payroll migration and testingKnowledge of PCC, retro/off-cycle payroll Nice to Have: SAP ECP Certification, Employee Central, CPP
