SuccessFactors Certifications

• Mandatory: Must-have certifications in Employee Central(EC) and Time Management

Experience

• Implementation and support experience in Employee Central and Time off
• Understanding of Employee Central, Role Based Permissions (RBPs), Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets
• Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors EC including business rules, workflows

Additional Knowledge

• Good-to-have: Knowledge in integration of EC with ECP

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
