SAP Success Factor Lead Recruiting Consultant
Job Description
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions, including Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK). Conduct business workshops to gather, analyze, and document recruitment and talent acquisition requirements. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions aligned with industry best practices. Configure and customize recruiting workflows, requisition templates, candidate application processes, interview workflows, and offer management. Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize recruitment processes and improve talent acquisition efficiency. Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors Recruiting, Employee Central, Onboarding, and third-party recruitment systems. Work with technical teams to support integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) or other middleware technologies. Develop functional specifications, support system configuration, and coordinate testing activities. Prepare test scenarios, execute functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Deliver end-user training, create user documentation, and provide post-go-live production support. Troubleshoot system issues, recommend process improvements, and support continuous enhancement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
- Miminum 3 years of experience configuring recruiting workflows, requisition templates, candidate application processes, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Miminum 2 years of experience integrating SuccessFactors Recruiting with Employee Central, Onboarding, and external HR systems.
Nice to Have (But not a must)
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) Certification.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding, Employee Central, and additional SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors implementation methodology.
- Experience working on global SuccessFactors implementations.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience providing user training and post-go-live production support.
- Strong hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, talent acquisition processes, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) or other middleware integration technologies.
- Experience supporting system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and client-facing consulting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay
The starting pay range for this role is [85 - 90 $ W2 hourly range].
