Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.
  • Configure Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding 2.0 modules, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions (RBP).
  • Support integration with SAP Employee Central and third-party systems.
  • Conduct system testing, support SIT/UAT, resolve defects, and assist with solution deployment.
  • Collaborate with HR, business, and technical teams to deliver efficient recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.
  • Ensure solutions align with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and business needs.
  • Maintain compliance with HR and onboarding regulations and standards.
  • Participate in at least one full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR technology solutions.
  • Experience with SAP Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
