Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.
- Configure Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding 2.0 modules, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions (RBP).
- Support integration with SAP Employee Central and third-party systems.
- Conduct system testing, support SIT/UAT, resolve defects, and assist with solution deployment.
- Collaborate with HR, business, and technical teams to deliver efficient recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.
- Ensure solutions align with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and business needs.
- Maintain compliance with HR and onboarding regulations and standards.
- Participate in at least one full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR technology solutions.
- Experience with SAP Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
