You will work with HR, Payroll, IT and business teams to support HR technology solutions and improve workforce processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with SAP Success Factors implementation and configuration activities.Gather and document HR business and functional requirements.Support modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, On boarding and Performance & Goals.Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to improve HR processes.Support data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Troubleshoot functional issues and assist with resolution.Support system enhancements, upgrades and quarterly releases.Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and user guides.Assist with reporting, data analysis and system maintenance.
