The role involves leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R delivery, focusing on business development, strategy, and client proposals for financial close, consolidation, and reporting modernization.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end project delivery
• Managing global teams
• Collaborating with enterprise architecture to design innovative R2R solutions utilizing SAP BTP, Datasphere, SAC, and AI/ML for real-time insights and compliance
• Driving project financials and pricing strategies
• Promoting delivery innovation through accelerators and methodology refinement
• Leading teams and fostering professional growth
• Upholding a culture of collaboration and integrity

Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience managing large SAP programs, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R implementations
• Risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement expertise
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven success in full R2R lifecycle management, including system design, testing, and hypercare
• Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities
• Ability to engage senior finance stakeholders
• Experience guiding technical and functional teams
• Understanding of SAP architecture and integration
• Track record of delivering finance transformation solutions aligned with client goals and regulatory standards
