SAP S/4HANA Cloud Delivery Lead

Role Overview

This position involves leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R delivery, driving business development, and overseeing end-to-end implementation. The role requires guiding clients through solution design, project planning, and execution to modernize financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, shape delivery strategies, and present SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions aligned with client goals.
• Lead ERP tool selection, finance process assessments, and roadmap development to ensure R2R readiness.
• Manage the delivery lifecycle, including design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare, while leading global teams.
• Collaborate on designing future-state R2R solutions leveraging SAP BTP, Datasphere, SAC, and AI/ML for real-time insights.
• Drive project financials, pricing strategies, forecasting, billing, and margin optimization.
• Foster innovation through accelerators and methodology refinement, promoting a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Engage senior stakeholders and lead teams in a collaborative environment, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum ten years of experience managing large SAP programs, with at least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R implementations.
• Proven success in sales pursuits, finance process assessments, and delivering complex R2R transformations.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration with finance systems, and experience with SAP BTP, Datasphere, and SAC.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills, with the ability to manage international teams and projects.
• Ability to innovate delivery approaches and align solutions with client performance goals.
