SAP S/4HANA Cloud Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Director, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of finance-focused SAP S/4HANA projects. Key Responsibilities Include Driving business development by identifying opportunities, shaping delivery strategies, and presenting solutions aligned with client goals for financial close, consolidation, and reporting modernization.Leading ERP tool selection, implementation planning, and ensuring readiness for R2R capabilities such as Universal Journal and Group Reporting.Managing program delivery, including design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare, while coordinating global teams and advising on finance decisions.Collaborating with enterprise architecture teams to design future R2R solutions utilizing SAP BTP, Datasphere, SAC, and AI/ML for real-time insights and compliance.Managing project financials, pricing strategies, and promoting delivery innovation through accelerators and methodology refinement.Leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.Upholding integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment. Qualifications include: At least ten years of experience managing large-scale SAP programs, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R implementations and risk mitigation.Proven success in leading full R2R lifecycle, including finance process assessments, system design, testing, and hypercare.Strong client engagement skills, experience guiding teams across functional and technical domains, and deep knowledge of SAP architecture and integration.Excellent communication skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.Willingness to travel as needed.
