SAP S/4HANA Cloud Delivery Lead

The role involves leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R delivery within a dynamic advisory practice. Key Responsibilities Include Driving business development through opportunity identification, proposal shaping, and presenting tailored SAP S/4HANA solutions for financial close, consolidation, and reporting modernization.Leading ERP tool selection, implementation planning, and readiness assessments for R2R capabilities such as Universal Journal and Group Reporting.Managing end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R programs, ensuring timely, budget-conscious execution across design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.Collaborating with architecture teams to design future-state R2R solutions utilizing SAP BTP, Datasphere, SAC, and AI/ML for real-time insights and compliance.Overseeing project financials, including pricing strategy, forecasting, billing, and margin optimization, aligning with performance goals.Fostering innovation through accelerators and methodology improvements, leading high-performing teams, and promoting a culture of ownership and continuous growth.Upholding integrity and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications Include At least ten years of experience managing large SAP programs, with a proven track record in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R implementations, particularly in professional services.Strong expertise in finance process assessments, business case development, and R2R transformation roadmaps.Leadership in delivery lifecycle, including chart of accounts design, Universal Journal setup, and integration with enterprise finance systems.Experience engaging senior stakeholders, guiding global finance teams, and driving delivery innovation.Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality client deliverables.
