SAP S/4HANA L2C Deployment Lead
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes many details: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills (list of qualifications). Roles & Responsibilities (list). Generic Managerial Skills (list). Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 a year. Benefits: TCS Employee Benefits Summary list. Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE (but earlier they said Bachelor's degree in Business Administration etc. There's also a line "Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE". That seems contradictory but we must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include both education requirements and the qualification line.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate.
We need sections: maybe "About the role" could be a brief prose summarizing? The posting doesn't have an explicit "About the role" paragraph; but we could create a short paragraph from the first sentences? However rule: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. If we don't have explicit "About the role" content, we should not create that heading. Instead we can use headings that match actual sections present: "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay". Also maybe "Qualifications". The posting includes "Must Have Technical/Functional Skills" which could be considered Requirements or Qualifications. Also "Generic Managerial Skills". Could combine into Skills. We'll decide.

Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE (maybe duplicate). We'll include as a qualification.
We need to decide sections: Could have "Requirements" for the Must Have Technical/Functional Skills + experience. Could have "Responsibilities". Could have "Skills" for Generic Managerial Skills. Could have "Benefits". Could have "Pay". Could have "Qualifications" for the BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE line (though it's redundant). But we could also incorporate education into Requirements.
We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content.
Let's plan:
Requirements
... list of must-have technical/functional skills ...
Responsibilities
- ... list of responsibilities ...
Skills
- ... generic managerial skills ...
Benefits
- ... benefits list ...
Pay
Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 a year
We could also have aQualifications
for the BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE line, but that seems redundant with Requirements. However we must preserve all substantive info; we could include it as a separate line within Requirements or as its own paragraph. Since we already have education in Requirements, we could add that line as part of Requirements. But the Qualifications line says "BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE". That is a specific qualification; we could add it as a bullet under Requirements. However the instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to include that line somewhere. We could add aQualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
under Requirements or as its own section. But if we create a Qualifications section with just that line, it's substantive (not filler). So we could have a Qualifications section. But we already have Requirements covering education and experience; adding Qualifications may duplicate but it's okay as long as we preserve info. However we risk redundancy but not prohibited. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid many thin sections. Adding a Qualifications section with just one line may be thin. Better to incorporate that line into Requirements as an additional bullet. Thus we will include education and the BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE as part of Requirements. Now we need to format lists: Use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use
. For Requirements we have a mix of bullet-like items; we can make a
- with each requirement as
- . For Responsibilities also
- . For Skills also
- . For Benefits also
- . For Pay we can use
. We must not include any extra headings like About the role if no content. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft the Requirements list items: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 15+ years of SAP consulting, functional leadership, transformation, implementation, or deployment experience. - Multiple full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or major deployment rollouts with significant Lead-to-Cash scope. - Strong hands-on and leadership expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and advanced Available-to-Promise. - Demonstrated knowledge of SAP BRIM SOM, Convergent Invoicing, subscription lifecycle, and FI-CA integration. - Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Project Systems, including project execution, Results Analysis, Settlement, and FI/CO integration. - Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Service Management, including contracts, orders, repair, warranty, installed base, and service billing. - Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, FSCM Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management. - Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceMax, CPQ, PROS, banking, tax, revenue, and external platforms. - Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Subscription-to-Cash, Service-to-Cash, Project-to-Cash, and Billing-to-Cash processes. - Experience leading functional deployment managers and coordinating distributed global and local teams. - Experience with Global Template extension, local deviation governance, data migration, integrated testing, defect management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. - Strong business acumen, executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, decision-making, issue-escalation, and influence-without
