Responsibilities

• Support initiatives that improve delivery quality, consistency, and customer success across SAP engagements in the Americas.
• Aid in documentation, tracking, and coordination of delivery standards and methodology adoption.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help drive program execution and operational excellence.
• Monitor projects from pre-sales through go-live, ensuring alignment with SAP’s cloud transformation strategy.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve program delivery efficiency.
• Contribute to the adoption of standardized tools and delivery frameworks.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in enterprise software, cloud technology, and program delivery.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP or enterprise software concepts.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard tools.
• Interest in AI, automation, or process improvement.
